January 2, 2022 - Focus on Gratitude

As we begin this year, determined to make it amazing, it’s important to focus on gratitude.  Spend a few minutes each morning thinking about, or preferably writing down what you are grateful for.  At then end of the day, recap what good things happened that day.  Whatever we focus on is multiplied.  What do you want more of this year?  Focus on what you have of that already.  I am grateful for everyone reading this.  I send you love, joy, and abundance. Happy New Year!!! Welcome 2022!

 What will you focus on this year?  What would you like to have more of in your life this year?  More health?  More wealth? More love?  More fun?  As a new year begins, it is the perfect opportunity to create new habits to support the goals you have.  Let's do this together.   I've set a long list of intentions for myself and I'll post here for accountability.  Please join in so we can help each other live our ideal life! 




One of my intentions is to blog every day in 2022.  I would like to make them as helpful to people as possible... success strategies, healthy eating, healthy lifestyle updates, weight loss, joy, happiness, and I am open to other suggestions, feel free to let me know what you'd like to see.

How are you using your mind?

Your assignment for today is to notice if you are using your mind to empower you or to enslave you?  Just notice. Do your thoughts make you feel good or bad? You can use your mind to propel you toward your dreams or hold you back in fear and thoughts of limitation.  Today, just notice if your mind is supporting you?  Huge elephants are held back by a thin rope because they are trained when they are little that they can't break it.  They don't break their limiting belief and stay held by something that truly has no physical power over them.  What flimsy little ropes are holding you back??? The next step will be to change your thoughts when they are limiting you.

Cherish everyone you meet


Cherish everyone you meet and know that it is meant to be.  No matter the depth or nature of your relationship with others (a stranger you make eye contact with on the sidewalk, the cashier, your partner, your boss, etc.), we are meant to cross paths with everyone who we meet.  Look at them with wonder and know that there is something that you are gaining on some level through every interaction no matter how big or small, how pleasant or adverse.  We are nourished by everyone we meet.
